Knitting

Where every stitch begins — from core fabrics to custom collars and cuffs.

Our knitting facility has a monthly capacity of 200 tonnes, supported by 30 circular knitting machines across different gauges. We produce a wide variety of fabric types including single jersey, rib, interlock, and pique. In addition, we manufacture collars and cuffs, including jacquards and tippings, using dedicated machinery—enabling us to meet both design and technical requirements from the start of the production process.

Dyeing

Color, comfort, and control — dyeing done with precision and performance.

We offer a versatile dyeing setup with machines ranging from 5 kg to 1,200 kg, allowing for both small-lot sampling and bulk production, with a total capacity of 450 tonnes/month. Our fabric finishing includes advanced stentering to heat-set elastane fabrics, tubular and open-width compaction to control shrinkage, and brushing and peaching for different fabrics. We also provide specialty finishes such as bio-wash, gold finish, and caustic ammonia wash, delivering both performance and feel.

Cutting

Precision in every panel — optimized patterns, minimal waste.

Our cutting process is powered by next-generation technology and advanced software such as Gerber and TukaCAD, allowing us to create accurate patterns and optimized CAD markers that ensure maximum fabric utilization. Using precision cutting tools, we achieve consistently accurate garment panels across all sizes, laying a strong foundation for quality and fit in the final product.

Printing

From vibrant all-over prints to standout placement designs — we bring ideas to life.

Our Zimmer rotary printing machine from Austria offers 12-color precision printing on fabric, with a daily output of 2.5 tonnes. For garment printing, our in-house unit produces up to 150,000 pieces/month, using a wide range of techniques including puff, HD, silicone, pigment, discharge, flock, toothbrush, and photo prints. We combine technical expertise with creative innovation to deliver impactful and lasting prints.

Embroidery

Adding depth, detail, and distinction — embroidery that elevates.

Our in-house embroidery unit features 12 modern machines from Tajima and Barudan of varied configurations, allowing us to efficiently manage both sampling and production runs. With a monthly capacity of 200,000 pieces, we offer high-quality embroidery solutions, that includes cording attachments. twin-sequence attachments and making our own badges. We cater to diverse product types and design needs—ensuring each stitch contributes to the final product’s appeal and quality.

Stitching

Engineered for excellence — where craftsmanship meets scale.

Our stitching floor is equipped with a comprehensive range of specialized sewing machines, enabling us to produce a wide variety of garment styles with precision and consistency. With a daily stitching capacity of over 10,000 garments, we combine skilled workmanship with scalable production. Our Industrial Engineering (IE) and R&D teams continuously optimize construction methods to ensure each garment is not only efficiently produced but also meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and finish.

Finishing

Perfection in every detail — meticulous finishing for flawless garments.

Our finishing process includes specially curated modules where each garment thoroughly goes through thread cutting, checking and inspection on the globe—a specialized form that allows us to carefully check for perfect seams and detect any holes or defects. Every piece is then pressed with precision and rigorously reviewed by our Quality Assurance team before packaging. This meticulous multi-step process ensures every garment meets the highest standards of quality and presentation before delivery.
